Providing his article (e.g. text, graphic, foto, movie, audio) to IE the user reserves all rights to IE, in particular the right to reproduction, distribution, consignment and message retrieval in every way, in every known and as yet unknown medium, in whole or in parts, in crude or, how ever formed way. The assignment of rights is free of charge. Within this there is no right to publish for the user. IE is authorised to use fotos or parts in every possible context.

Providing his article the user declares that he isn’t impinging the rights of anybody. Should there be any impinging of rights IE is reimbursed for any requirements.

In particular the user declares that the content of his article is neither in part nor in whole literary property of anybody else, respectively if so, that he acquired the right including the right to assign rights to a third party.

In case of illustration of individuals or items the user declares the right of providing these illustrations. If choosing individuals being the object of his article, the user concedes his article as true and right and that there is no engagement with the honour of the third person or other (reserved) rights.
