How do I love as a Soul
If you open yourself to this connection between God (Source) and your personality, you will experience the quality of your soul and its attributes, something that is becoming so important in these times.
If we listen to the impulses of our soul, they warm the heart, hurt no one, feel good, serve the Light and can be received telepathically or with all other senses.
Serene Love is created when we love and accept others as they are and when we allow them to be as they wish to be. If you can love another unconditionally, you do not require anything in return and you can remain neutral at all times. That way you become permeable for all energies in your environment.
Your soul is without boundaries and knows no limitations. It is creative and intelligent and is always in tune with the Higher Will. The soul knows the higher reason and purpose of your Life. Its wisdom is always available to you. If you are facing important decisions, you can always let the Will of your Soul run through you and that way you are always in harmony with the Divine Will.
When you are looking at yourself through the eyes of your soul, you recognize the beauty of your Being. Your feelings of self worth and self love will increase and you are able to feel more compassion and happiness.
Your soul is a boundless source of energy; you just need to look for contact. The Presence of the Soul can be felt everywhere and at all times and gets rid of tiredness and stress. You will get the power and energy to do what needs to be done.
Always when you feel depressed, tired and low in energy, stop for a moment and connect with the love and joy of your soul.
If you want to free yourself of old energies and things, open yourself to the cleansing energies and power of your soul. Your own frequency will be shifted to a higher level through that.

Meditation „Meeting your Soul“
Close your eyes, relax, and breathe deeply – 3x. Breathe slow, hold the breath for a few seconds before exhaling.
Imagine breathing peace and quiet. With every exhale you let go of stress, pressure and the ins and outs of the day. You let go all emotions, all thoughts, everyone and every thing that bothers you. You pay loving attention to all parts of your body………until you are totally relaxed and in the centre of your own loving Beingness.
You are getting ready for an inner journey. The goal of that journey is to meet your soul.
Imagine how your body is getting smaller and smaller until you are in the centre of the body with your consciousness. In front of your inner eyes is a stair appearing. You are walking up the steps u til you reach a new level. Then you stand in front of a beautiful and imposing door.
You open the door and enter the room – this holy chamber of your heart. Feel the loving vibration that feels the entire room. Look around and try to become aware of your environment. Maybe you discover minerals, stones, jewels, plants, animals, flowers or things that are important to you. Open your heart for the love, joy, happiness that this room is filled with.
Your soul as well as your heart has this beautiful jewel at its centre, surrounded by 12 petals. Imagine that piece of jewel, the many facets that radiate love and light. Every facet radiates another love quality.
Slowly prepare yourself to call your soul and start merging with it…….tone an inner sound that calls your soul to you; maybe the holy OM. You can imagine the soul as this beautiful, shimmering Being that glides softly and gently towards you. Feel the loving presence and the higher frequencies of Love that surround you now.
Your soul is now moving deeper and deeper into your heart centre until the 2 jewels start merging. Maybe you feel kind of a “click” sound or another sound when both jewels merge. Your soul is now stimulating your potential for love in your heart centre until it gets lighter and lighter and all 12 petals are open. You recognize that love is the most powerful energy in the universe and that your own ability to love has now a very magnetic quality!
Slowly get ready to return. Together with your soul you drift back into your heart chamber. Thank the soul for its loving assistance and say good bye. Leave the holy chamber of your heart and walk down the steps….until you return to the centre of your body. Expand your consciousness though the entire body. Move fingers and toes, stretch and move the entire body. When you are ready, return to the room in the here and now.
